Smith, Edgar Fahs

Smith, Edgar Fahs (1854–1928)

US chemist and educator. Affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania for most of his career 1888–1920, he did research on methods of electrochemical analysis, atomic weight determinations, and compounds of rare metals, including tungsten and molybdenum.

He was born in York, Pennsylvania.
