Snitterfield

Village in Warwickshire, England, 6 km/4 mi north of Stratford-upon-Avon; population (2001) 1,150. Snitterfield was the early home of John Shakespeare, father of the playwright and poet William Shakespeare.

LEAMINGTON Angling Association members can look forward to two big matches at two of their best waters, Snitterfield Reservoir and Wasperton on the Warwickshire Avon.
