Southborough

Town in Kent, southeast England, to the north of Tunbridge Wells; population (2001) 11,100. Largely home to commuters, the town developed chiefly in the 19th century.

Southborough

Town in east-central Massachusetts, in Worcester County, 22 km/14 mi east of Worcester and 39 km/24 mi west of Boston; population (1990 est) 6,600. It is a largely residential suburb for Boston and Worcester, Massachusetts, and was incorporated in 1727.

Southborough has three entries on the National Register of Historic Places including an aqueduct. St Mark's School (1865), is situated in the town.
