stakeholder

In business, any individual, group, or organization that has a direct interest in the activities of a corporation. Stakeholders include shareholders, customers, suppliers, employees, investors, and members of the community in the location where the company operates. Management theory suggests that companies should pay attention to the needs of all their stakeholders.
