Stationery Office, His/Her Majesty's
Organization established in 1786 to supply books and stationery to British government departments, and to superintend the printing of government reports and other papers, and books and pamphlets on subjects ranging from national works of art to industrial and agricultural processes.
The corresponding establishment in the USA is the Government Printing Office.
