Surtees, John (1934- )

English motor-racing driver and motorcyclist, the first person to win world titles on two and four wheels. After winning four 500cc and three 350cc world motorcycling titles 1956-60 with MV Agusta, he turned to motor racing, and driving for Ferrari, won the Formula 1 World Drivers' Championship in 1964. He later produced his own racing cars.
