Szabelski, Bolesław (1896–1979)| Polish composer. He studied with Szymanowski and Statkowski at the Warsaw Conservatory, and from 1945 taught composition and organ at the Katowice Conservatory. He embraced the ideals of the Polish avant garde from the late 1950s. |
