Country or territory where taxes are much lower than elsewhere, allowing foreign residents or companies registered there to reduce their tax liabilities and maintain business confidentiality.

TJNA insist that much of the money is generated by tax-avoidance as well as outright theft and corruption, and spirited out of the continent to tax-havens around the world.
Although tax considerations are still significant, there are many non-tax benefits that can be achieved from the use of tax-haven related strategies.
