Lake in Perth and Kinross unitary authority, Scotland, one of several found along the course of the River Tay. Situated between the source of the Tay and its junction with the River Tummel, the loch extends for 24 km/15 mi, widening to less than 2 km/1 mi. Its waters are full of freshwater fish.
