Tembuland
| Area of Eastern Cape province, South Africa, which was previously a district of Transkei, situated near the coast to the southwest of Griqualand East; area 8,786 sq km/3,392 sq mi. Umtata is its major town. The main inhabitants are the Tembu, one of the Cape Nguni peoples. |
