Fallot's tetralogy

In medicine, a hereditary defect of the heart that is associated with defects in the septum, an increase in the size of the right ventricle (due to the demands placed upon it), narrowing of the pulmonary arteries, and displacement of the aorta. It is usually possible to correct these deficits by surgery during childhood.
