Tex-Mex

Mix of Texan and Mexican cultural elements in the southwest USA and Mexico; specifically, accordion-based dance music originating in Texas among the ethnic Mexican community. The accordionist Flaco Jimenez and the band Los Lobos, among others, have popularized the genre beyond Texas.

Great franchise Tex Mex sports bar themed location features a brilliant dE[umlaut]cor package and even better food.
Susan was the one to introduce me to the flavours of Tex Mex years ago when we first got together, then there was a great local restaurant in South Kensington, London serving such food to a packed dining room full of atmosphere.
For lunch my choice was Tex Mex soup, mushroom stroganoff or mushroom soup - there are other varieties you can pick, such as pea and ham.
