Thanlyin

Town of Myanmar, on the east bank of the Yangon River opposite Yangon (Rangoon); population (1979) 102,200. Thanlyin is the terminus of a 500 km/311 mi pipeline from the main oil fields of Myanmar, and has several oil refineries.
