Tibetan terrier

Breed of small herding dog used by the nomads of Tibet to gather and guard their flocks. It has a long, wavy coat that may be black, white, grey, beige, or any range of colours in between. Its tail curves over its back. It reaches a height of about 43 cm/17 in.

The name ‘Tibetan terrier’ is misleading as it has nothing in common with the terrier group of dogs and resembles a small Old English sheepdog.
