UnCover

In computing, service comprised of a free searchable database of periodicals known as CARL and a fee-based fax-back facility. Researchers either dial into or access the database via Telnet or the World Wide Web and search for articles from approximately 15,000 periodicals, many not indexed elsewhere. They then select the ones they want, and pay approximately $15 each to have the articles faxed to the location of their choice, usually within 24 hours.
