Unanimism

Movement in French literature based on the psychological concept of collective consciousness. Founded in 1908 by Jules Romains, it influenced the writings of le groupe de l'Abbaye, a group of young poets including Georges Duhamel, Chennevière, and Vildrac. These writers are described in Duhamel's Pasquier novels.
