Atlantic College

Experimental international boarding college for 16–18-year-olds, conceived by German educationist Kurt Hahn, the first of the United World Colleges. It was opened in 1962 near Cardiff, Wales; there are 11 others around the globe. The colleges take students from all over the world and offer the international Baccalauréat qualification at 18.

Atlantic College is located in the 12th-century St Donat's Castle, overlooking the Bristol Channel in South Wales.
