pantothenic acid

Water-soluble vitamin (C9H17NO5) of the B complex, found in a wide variety of foods. Its absence from the diet can lead to dermatitis, and it is known to be involved in the breakdown of fats and carbohydrates.

Vitamin B5 is one of the B vitamins and is also known as Pantothenic acid.
Vitamin B5 is known by its scientific name as (d-Calcium Pantothenate) and was discovered in 1997 by Dr Lit-Hung Leung, who presented his research on how it cures and prevents acne.
Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid): Vitamin B5 helps in preventing the graying and loss of hair.
