Waterloo Bridge

Waterloo Bridge

Bridge spanning the River Thames, between Blackfriars Bridge and Charing Cross, in central London, England. It was designed by Giles Gilbert Scott, and opened in 1945.

A previous bridge on this site was built 1811–17 by John Rennie (who also built the former London Bridge), and was demolished in 1934.
