Westmount

Town in Montréal Urban Community, south Québec, Canada; population (1991) 20,200. It is situated on the west slope of Mount Royal, to the southwest of Montréal city centre. It is traditionally the home of the wealthiest and most powerful of Montréal's English-speakers.
