Fantasy for children by Scottish author Kenneth Grahame (1908). The story relates the adventures of a group of humanlike animals – Rat, Mole, Badger, and Toad. It was dramatized by A A Milne as Toad of Toad Hall (1929) and by Alan Bennett (1990).
