Wisoff, Peter Jeffrey Kelsay (1958– )

US astronaut. His four space shuttle flights include the January 1997 mission of Atlantis that docked with the Russian space station Mir. In October 2000, he flew with the Discovery mission to expand the International Space Station. He has logged nearly 43 days in space and nearly 20 hours of extravehicular activity during three space walks. Wisoff was selected as an astronaut in 1990.
