Wombwell

Town in South Yorkshire, northern England, 6 km/4 mi southeast of Barnsley; population (2001) 16,500. The economy of the town was badly affected by the closure of pits in the South Yorkshire coalfield in the 1980s.

Events have been held at Richard Dunn, Odsal and at Wombwell on alternate Wednesday evenings and have attracted young cyclists from all over Yorkshire.
They found out about each other at a surprise reunion with two other siblings in Wombwell, South Yorks.
