Written or printed message, chiefly a personal communication. Letters are valuable as reflections of social conditions and of literary and political life. Legally, ownership of a letter (as a document) passes to the recipient, but the copyright remains with the writer.

Decuma's product line consists of three handwriting recognition software products: Decuma OnSpot, for English, French, Spanish, German, Italian and other Western languages; Decuma Chinese for Simplified and Traditional Chinese; and Decuma Japanese, which supports Kanji, Hiragana, Katakana, English alphabetic characters and Arabic numbers.
In addition, password specifications have been enhanced to optionally check for alphabetic characters with at least one number in the password, localize character restriction flexibility and increase minimum password length.
