callisthenics

Exercises combining gymnastics and dance movements, aiming to achieve physical fitness and grace. Its roots lie in the games of ancient Greece, and its name is derived from the Greek kallos (beauty) and stenos (strength). Aerobics developed from callisthenics, with the exercises being set to music.
