cacique

Person involved in nepotism or fraud. Originally a word for Indian chiefs in colonial Spanish America, in late 19th- and early 20th-century Spain it came to mean the local political boss who ‘delivered’ votes to the main parties in Madrid.

Caziques means West Indian Chiefs; l The highest total score is 830, achieved by American player Michael Cresta in October 2006; l The game contains 100 tiles, 98 marked with a letter and point value based on their frequency in standard English writing.
