In medieval musical theory, the lowest note; see gamma. It is also a generic term for scale, or for the entire spectrum of pitches, from the lowest to the highest.

4-pound portable multimedia projector features a 2,000 ANSI lumens, a 500:1 contrast ratio, SVGA (800 x 600) native resolution and Epson's three LCD system, which offers a wider color gamut, letting the projector reproduce better color accuracy and deliver images with richer overall cover saturation.
These measurement intercomparisons among national metrology institutes (NMIs) and the NIST Display Metrology Project kick off the first phase of interactions aimed at reducing the variability of color gamut and other measurements used to characterize and specify performance of electronic displays.
