Chips character who seems like a cross between the Pillsbury Doughboy and the Energizer Bunny, and who is given to regular outbursts of iambic pentameter.
He implied, but never stated, that he was there in the trenches, with Leo himself, creating wonderful characters such as Tony the Tiger and the Pillsbury Doughboy.
