dumping

In international trade, the selling of goods by one country to another at below marginal cost or at a price below that in its own country. Countries dump in order to get rid of surplus produce or to improve their competitive position in the recipient country. The practice is deplored by free trade advocates because of the artificial, unfair advantage it yields.
