e-zine

In computing, periodical sent by e-mail. E-zines can be produced very cheaply, as there are no production costs for design and layout, and minimal costs for distribution. Like printed magazines, e-zines typically have multiple contributors and an editor responsible for selecting content.

One of the best-known e-zines is the Computer Underground Digest, which tracks battles over freedom of speech online and issues concerning hacking and computer crime.
