depilatory

Any instrument or substance used to remove growing hair, usually for cosmetic reasons. Permanent eradication is by electrolysis, the destruction of each individual hair root by an electrolytic needle or an electrocautery, but there is a danger of some regrowth as well as scarring.

It features hypo-allergenic ceramic epilating discs that remove hair with less skin irritation than metal discs found in most conventional epilators and a unique skin cooling massager that attaches to the epilator to help reduce the discomfort of epilating.
