Educational programme, usually run by business schools, that provides executives with an opportunity to study a variety of business-related courses. Executives programmes are delivered in a number of different ways to suit the executive market, such as distance learning, short intensive courses at the school, and part-time learning over a period of time. Executive programmes are particularly useful for keeping abreast of management theory and tend to reflect the latest economic and management trends.
