Opera by Pasquale Anfossi (libretto by Raniero de Calzabigi), first produced at the Teatro delle Dame, Rome, during Carnival in 1774.

It is also the title of an opera by Mozart (libretto by de Calzabigi), first produced in Munich, Germany, on 13 January 1775. In the story, Count Belfiore has fled, believing he has killed Countess Violante in a quarrel. However, she seeks him amorously, disguised as Sandrina, a gardener.
