In virtual reality, animation allowing users to view a model of a proposed or actual site as if they were inside it and moving through it.

Flythroughs are often used by architects to illustrate their designs, and have also assisted stadium site planners to identify areas where camera positions would be blocked by the audience, allowing solutions to be found in advance of construction.
