iguanodon

Plant-eating dinosaur whose remains are found in deposits of the Lower Cretaceous age, together with the remains of other dinosaurs of the same order (ornithiscians) such as stegosaurus and triceratops. It was 5–10 m/16–32 ft long and, when standing upright, 4 m/13 ft tall. It walked on its hind legs, using its long tail to balance its body. (Order Ornithiscia.)
