In business, keeping a customer or employee. The staff retention rate can be an indicator of the general morale of the organization. If the retention rate is poor, exit interviews may reveal the reasons for this. Customer retention rates can point to factors such as noncompetitive pricing, poor after-sales service, and lack of product differentiation. Market research can help identify the reasons.
