The immediate impact of the decision means the Howard Government can now make new industrial laws and change existing industrial laws covering the vast majority of Australian workers. As a result of my experience in the UK I now feel very threatened by the new industrial laws at home in Australia. Howard's proposed industrial laws are about silencing people in the workplace. |
