| Kapha is the energy that forms the structure of the body and provides lubrication to the joints and organs. The kapha section is more challenging, fun and lively, and is meant to motivate exercisers with aerobics elements that build strength and endurance. Ayurveda assumes that all health and disease relates to the whole person and that health is a harmony of three forces, or "doshas," known as Vata, Pitta and Kapha. |
