Most T cell lymphomas are of intermediate grade (diffuse mixed small cell lymphomas, diffuse mixed large cell lymphomas, and diffuse large cell lymphomas) and high grade (large cell immunoblastic lymphomas).
Among these patients preliminary evidence of anti-tumor activity included significant tumor shrinkage in a patient with large cell lymphoma and stable disease for over three months in several other cancer types.
