Trammell Crow Company has planned a major repositioning of the property which will include a new landscape plan and courtyard design, installation of an on-site "grab and go" cafe, fitness center with shower facilities as well as upgrades to all common areas, lavatories and elevator cabs. Canadian/Norwegian duo Todd Saunders and Tommie Wilhelmsen's winning proposal combines a viewing platform with obligatory lavatories and parking, but separates the various elements so that the mess and fuss of parking is at some remove from the idyll of the viewpoint. Passengers would also like additional or larger aircraft lavatories. |
