The hanging wall veins consist of a parallel series of 2 to 4 inch thick limonitic clay and quartz rubble veins occurring about every foot or so between sericite, clay and pyrite altered wallrock. Assays of brecciated and limonitic surface samples on this property have returned assays of up to several tenths of an ounce of gold per ton. Sample BH-5055 consists of trace to 1% fine-grained pyrite with white clay-sericite in medium gray quartz and 20-25% yellow and black limonitic clay. |
