Mano

River which forms the border between Sierra Leone and Liberia; length 320 km/199 mi. In 1981, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Guinea created the Mano River Union, a political and economic programme of cooperation involving joint development of mineral resources, power, and agriculture in the border areas.
