sarcoma

Malignant tumour arising from the fat, muscles, bones, cartilage, or blood and lymph vessels and connective tissues. Sarcomas are much less common than carcinomas.

Osteogenic sarcoma Osteogenic sarcoma is the most common primary malignant bone tumor in children; 75% of cases occur between the ages of 10 and 25 years.
