panic attack

Sudden, unpredictable episode of overwhelming anxiety. It may be accompanied by pronounced physical symptoms, including a racing pulse, overbreathing, dizziness and sweating.

As panic attacks occur and it causes a sudden surge of overwhelming anxiety and fear, it must be cured with utmost care for early treatment and for continued mental and physical well being of the sufferer.
Panic Attacks are an emotional disorder which can completely take over your life.
I studied at the library and bookstore and I found out about anxiety and how to cure panic attacks but this was in the early 80''s.
