PoP

In computing, place where users can access a network via a telephone connection. A PoP is a collection of modems and other equipment which are permanently connected to the network. Compare vPoP.

The top has to pop off the powder end of a speed-loader to load the rifle.
On the other hand I found it to be just a tiny bit too tight, and the GPS would sometimes pop off the mount while I was trying to adjust the angle.
