redstart

Any of several New World wood warblers (family Parulidae), especially the American redstart Setophaga ruticulla.

The male is black and orange with white underparts. Old World redstarts are small thrushes with a reddish tail, belonging to the genus Phoenicurus.

More black redstarts have been found, including Llanddwyn Island and the council building in Caernarfon, three behind the demolished Penmorfa Hotel on Llandudno's West Shore, and two on the Little Orme.
We believe there will be Black Redstart birds attracted to the building as well.
