Reus

City in the province of Tarragona in Cataluña, northeast Spain, 10 km/6 mi northwest of the city of Tarragona; population (2001) 89,000. Products include textiles, flowers, dried fruit, and vegetables. Reus is a tourist resort, and has an international airport. The architect Antonio Gaudí was born here.
