Sweet or dry white wine flavoured with bitter herbs and fortified with alcohol. It is made in France, Italy and the USA.

THE HOLLY GOLIGHTLY Ingredients: 2 orange slices 1 pink grapefruit slice 2 dashes Fee Brothers grapefruit bitters 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice 15ml Earl Grey tea syrup 10ml sweet vermouth 25ml Chambord black raspberry liqueur Method: Place the orange, grapefruit slices, bitters, lemon juice and tea syrup in a mixing glass.
