transistor - transistor logic

    0.01 sec.

transistor–transistor logic

In computing, the type of integrated circuit most commonly used in building electronic products. In TTL chips the bipolar transistors are directly connected (usually collector to base). In mass-produced items, large numbers of TTL chips are commonly replaced by a small number of uncommitted logic arrays (ULAs), or logic gate arrays. An alternative type of integrated circuit is complementary metal-oxide semiconductor ( CMOS).
