ultimate frisbee

Fast-paced team sport played with a disc (known as a Frisbee). The object is to score points by passing the disc from player to player until a pass is caught in the end zone for a goal. No running with the disc is allowed. Any incomplete passes or interceptions result in a turnover and the other team then gets a chance to score. Ultimate frisbee is a non-contact sport that requires a combination of agility and speed. Teams consist of seven players on the field at a time.
